There isn't really much to know about me otherwise... Maybe I'll add some more here in the future, but here's a little bit of stuff for now.

Unless I've known someone personally for a while, I've always been generally pretty introverted. Not in the way that I don't like talking with other people, but rather I have a difficult time trying to start up or join a conversation. I am very friendly and like to interact with other people though, so by all means, feel free to message/chat with me at any time! (as long as I'm not asleep or busy, of course)

Surprisingly though, my (slow but steady) shift into the furry fandom (circa 2021) has somewhat helped me with this. Being able to put on a different face (and sometimes personality) for a while really does seem to help me with being not so nervous with socializing and whatnot. Hence why I've been taking to content creation and streaming somewhat recently (and why you'll see quite the difference between me in my first stream and me in my most recent one lol). I haven't been able to break past the barrier of IRL interaction quite yet, but I'm hoping to achieve that soon...

Who is "PC547"?

'PC547' is the abbreviated version of my full online name 'PeanutChart547'. That name originally came from when I signed up for Xbox Live way back in 2013. I never had a unique online name up to that point, so it kind of just stuck around, eventually encompassing the name of any (personal, non-professional) account I created.
Odds are if you come across an account with either the full or abbreviated name, it's likely me! (Hopefully there aren't any impersonators out there...)

About this Site

Witnessing firsthand the slow deterioration of the internet into what we call the "modern" web, I've always thought about if it was possible to create my own site, but was always held back by my lack of coding knowledge and concern about all the intricacies of self-hosting, or the fees and limitations that came with using external hosting services (stuff like Wix or Squarespace).

Fast-forward to 2023 where I've finally been able to take web design/development courses while off at college, I came across Neocities and its massive trove of user-created websites. This completely opened my eyes to the near-endless possibilities of what I could make my "online home" to be. Thus, the project to make my own personal website began.

I've always found it fun to keep track of stuff and discuss things I find interesting. Plus, I've been working on how I wanted to be able to express myself, as part of my process of becoming less introverted over time. And now with this website, where there are virtually no limits with what I can do with it, I hope to continually evolve this "little corner of the web" as I evolve over time.
